DESCRIPTION:12:00 PM: Patriotic Boat Parade at Bomb Island \nEnjoy the patriotic display as locals & visitors decorate their boats in ways that will leave you amazed! Viewable from the park sites at the Lake Murray Dam after 12:30 PM or by boat! This year’s theme is “Red\, White\, Blue and You”. Prizes: 1st place $400\, 2nd place $300\, 3rd place $200\, and 4th place $100. Registration will be available online through June 23. Visit Lake Murray Country Visitor’s Center to register through June 30. \n9:30 PM: Watch SC’s Largest Fireworks Show on Lake Murray \nFireworks will launch at dark (roughly 9:30 PM) from two lake locations: Spence Island & Dreher Island. Fireworks DO NOT launch from the park sites at the dam. The best viewing location is from a boat.

The Ballroom\, the centerpiece of a gorgeously restored 1924 former bank building\, is the setting for this concert that will showcase these young artists’ pianistic virtuosity in works ranging from Bach to Beethoven to Chopin and more.\nThe SEPF participants performing range in age from 14 to 18 and hail from many corners of the globe\, from as close by as Charleston and as far away as Taiwan.\nCome and go as you please\, stay for some or all of the 90-minute program as you wish.
